Cancellation Policy
Any appointment that is cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time will be required to pay 50% of the service. Any appointment that is cancelled or no showed within 6 hours will be required to pay 100% of service cost. Please cancel your appointment in advance. If more than 10 minutes late, you will need to wait until next available opening for that service. If you need a last minute change, please message directly.
